LayStop selects and curates. The provider takes the booking. This page sets out what that means for you.

What LayStop is
LayStop ("LayStop", "we", "us") is a curation service. We research, time and shortlist experiences that fit layovers of six hours or more at Dubai International (DXB), Al Maktoum International (DWC) and Abu Dhabi International (AUH), and we publish that shortlist on this site.
LayStop does not operate tours, provide or arrange transport, take bookings or process payments. Every experience listed here is run by an independent provider and sold on that provider's own booking site.
Bookings are made on the provider's site
When you click "Book" you leave laystop.com and complete the booking on the provider's site. The booking contract is between you and the provider, under the provider's terms. Prices, availability, inclusions, cancellation rules and refunds are set and handled there, not by LayStop.
Confirmations, contact details, changes and support for a booking come from the provider. If something goes wrong on the day, contact them first using the details on your confirmation.
How we earn
Booking links on this site are affiliate links. When you book through them, the provider pays LayStop a commission. This does not change the price you pay: it is the same price as booking direct. We disclose this here, in our Privacy Policy, on our About page and in the "How it works" steps on the home page.
Timing information
The minimum layover, time on the ground and buffer shown for each experience are our estimates, based on typical immigration, transfer and security times. They are guidance, not a guarantee. Immigration queues, traffic, weather, airline rules and your own arrival time can all change what fits.
You are responsible for checking that an experience fits your itinerary, for allowing enough time to return to the airport, and for meeting your airline's check-in and boarding requirements. LayStop is not liable for missed flights, missed connections or any costs that follow from them.
Transfers
Airport transfers are not included in any listing unless the provider states otherwise on its own listing. You arrange and pay for your own transport to and from the airport and are responsible for allowing enough time for it. The guidance on our transfers page is general information; transport providers are independent of LayStop.
Entry requirements
Leaving the airport means entering the United Arab Emirates. Visa and entry rules depend on your nationality and change over time. Anything we publish about visas is general information; confirm the current rules with the official UAE authorities or your airline before you travel.
Contact requests
If you send us your flight details through the contact form, we reply with suggestions and links to listings on the provider's site. A reply from us is not a booking or a reservation. Nothing is confirmed until you complete the booking with the provider.
Content and accuracy
We review the listings on this site regularly and remove those that no longer meet our standards, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at all times. The provider's listing is the authoritative description of what you are buying.
The text, images and design of laystop.com belong to LayStop or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LayStop is not liable for the acts or omissions of any provider or booking site, for the quality or safety of any experience, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top of the page tells you when they were last revised. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LayStop is established.
