What is the minimum layover to use LayStop?
We operate exclusively on layovers of 6 hours or more. This gives us enough time to get you out of the airport, enjoy your chosen experience, and return with comfortable buffer before your flight.
Which airports do you cover?
We operate at Dubai International (DXB), Al Maktoum International (DWC) and Abu Dhabi International (AUH). All three airports in the UAE.
Is transport included?
Yes. Our driver picks you up at the arrivals hall and drops you back at departures — with time built in to clear security before your flight.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your layover. For same-day requests, contact us directly and we'll do our best.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight status in real time. If your arrival is delayed, we adjust the plan accordingly and keep you informed.
